DESIGN
The Challenge was to translate an originally independent café operating on Brick lane into a deliverable concept that can operate in a major UK shopping centre.
Working with the clients in-house team Streamline created implementable designs that that would work within the space and meet the highly stringent requirements for the Bullring Centre. During the process we handled all of the RD pack requirements and tested various solutions, working closely with the centre design approval team.
SHOP FITTING
The funky mix of unitary required a skilled team to install within a short window. The scope covered everything from Retail Lighting and querki feature lighting to compression system crate wall with integrated TVs to main counter installation with new water supplies with chlorination and testing. The brief also covered a full custom colour vinyl wrap to the store interior, 17 meter rotund graphic and installation of retro display cases. We were especially pleased with the retro breakfast tray display wall.
LAUNCH
The buzz around the new brand was remarkable, large groups spontaneously gathered to take selfies and post to social media, a phenomenon that has reoccurred every day since. The response is always enormously positive, people point, people stare, most of all people enjoy a delicious bowl of Sticky Monkey or Unicorn Poop cereal cocktails.
